If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange for another product or a refund within 14 business days from the date your order was handed over by us to the courier company.

To be eligible for a return, products must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them.

Returns are not accepted for:

• sale items,

• online bazaar items,

• products marked as "non-returnable",

• products purchased with a gift card.

Misirloo reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with the company’s returns policy. In such cases, the products will be sent back to the shipping address provided in the original order.

PRODUCT EXCHANGES

You may exchange a product for another of your choice, either of equal or different value:

• If you choose a product of higher value, you can cover the price difference via IRIS Payments or bank transfer.

• If the new product has a lower value, we can refund the difference using the same method.

Exchanges are also accepted for products purchased with a gift card.

REFUNDS

Refunds can be processed in two ways:

A) Return via courier
We will notify the courier company to pick up the product from your address. The refund amount will be reduced by €4, which corresponds to the return shipping costs.

B) Return at our store
You may visit us by appointment, Monday to Friday, 11:00 – 21:00, at:
Stadiou 43, Athens

Once we receive and inspect the product, we will proceed with the refund to your bank account. The amount will be credited within 1 to 4 business days (depending on your bank).

RETURN FEES

In case of a return, you will be charged with the return shipping costs.
