For Greece
The orders are sent by us within 1-3 working days, from the moment of your order, and the delivery is made within 1-3 working days (under normal conditions) by FIS Courier.
Shipments are not made on weekends and holidays.
For Cyprus
Shipments are made daily, except weekends, and delivery takes place within 3-10 working days.

In case a customer does NOT receive his/her order, at his own risk, by cash on delivery payment, the next order, made by the same customer, will have to be made exclusively by deposit or credit card payment, otherwise it will be cancelled by the company's accounting department.

If there is an inability to find an order or receipt, for your best service, contact us. In case a customer does NOT receive the order by cash on delivery, the next orders will be made exclusively by “deposit” payment method.
If orders will have “cash on delivery” as a method of payment, they will be canceled immediately.
